I found this shoe to run just slightly narrow on the width so you might go up a size. I am a size 7.5M and I got an 8M . I am glad I did considering the width of the shoe. The foam bedsole of the shoe was comfy but I found the jelly straps to be slightly uncomfortable. I would not recommend wearing this shoe for long periods of time, or at least not until you get used to it . This is definitely not the shoe to go walking in. I would instead recommend a born or clark sandal for that. The shoe, however, is very cute and I love the jeweled embellishment and color choices. I also have the BCBG Paris Fathia Embellished Flip Flop in silver.

I have gotten more compliments and this "sexy" flip flop and mostly from men. I work in a salon and everyone loves this sandal. The only fault I have is the front flower rubs a little. Otherwise, they are true to size and very comfortable, Love them
